Failed to complete SID change on Windows 11, now new User.X account with no privileges, can't access old user files

Hello,I was trying to change the sid on my windows 11 using NewSID from Sysinternals, but during the proccess, the lights went out, and it didn't finish correctly.When I booted the pc, a new User.X account was created on its own, and it has no privileges at all, even when user account control comes up, it only gives the NO option, there is no way to bypass it.I tried entering on regedit, and local policies, and also booting from windows bootable usb, no luck. Tried command prompt, powershell, git stuff, no luck as it's a user with no privileges, therefore can't make changes.Tried entering from
