Failed to add cups shared printers to windows 11.

I set up a cups printer server on a Linux device to which an HP printer is attached. I can see the printer in the list (new list), but it failed when I clicked add device. Looking in the EventViewer I see two errors (repeated many times for each instance):First error:- - - User Interaction Required while trying to get a token silently.
