Failed System Reset and Now Can't Use UEFI to Reinstall Windows

Hi, I was resetting my Windows 11 system and we had a power outage. It was already problematic (I think) because after 4 hours it was on %25 although the PC is new with a Ryzen 9950X, RTX 5080, 2TB SSD and 4TB hard drive and got nothing downloaded inside. Now the problem is, it failed the reset process due to power outage and now I can't repair windows, it just doesn't repair because probably the old install corrupted while performing the reset. But I can't clean install windows either. I choose my SSD and at %11 or %13 it says ''failed to install windows 11''. When I try to install new Windo
