Faded white/grey line on the bottom of my monitor screen

It's shown closer to my right corner compared to the rest of the line that is less seeable.It's not completely white nor grey I think, and is shown more closer to the edge on the right side, the line goes through my whole screen but slimer.I tried some stuff and managed to figure out that the issue most likely comes from my monitor directly.I was simply wondering, how could this happen, could I potentially fix it?Screen is about 6 years old if I recall corectly.Could it be the heat or something?
