Factory reset, used to fix but still have error of reset pc

[Windows 10]

I tried to do dism restore health, but it didn't do anything, and I tried other things to do, it still won't factory reset, I can't reset my pc as I tried to do remove everything, but it says error occurred, and I think my pc is too corrupted to to dism or something what is causing the issue?
