The MS store does not launch and gives error 0x80073CF9. Apps like calculator, photos, and mail fail to open or crash immediately. Running WSReset and reinstalling the Store through PowerShell has not fixed the issue. Even after creating a new user profile, these apps refuse to work. I already tried Ran SFC and DISM scans, performed a System Restore, but Windows reports "System Restore did not complete successfully, Created a new user account, but the same issues persist., Checked for driver updates and used third-party tools, but no improvements.System Specifications:OS Version: Windows 10 Pr
