Facing issue with ethernet.

So my lan was working till yesterday evening and then I did some adapter reset and since then its not working. As soon as I insert the lan adaptor port to my laptop it inputs it as a CD drive inserted. Neither I am getting any ethernet options in settings. I even Uninstalled the VPN. I don't have a lot of idea of what to do in such case. I hope you will help me resolve my issue at the earliest time possible.Thank YouBhavya Agrawal
