Facebook locked my account and forcing me to complete 2-step-authentication.

Hello, my problem is that I forgot my password so I can’t complete the process, if I try to reset a new password it tells me to verify through the in-app notification which I can’t get because they locked me out. Anyone know how to get the account back, it’s not my personal account it’s a small organisation’s account I’m managing for.
