F6 and F7 keys are not working they used to work as normal but somehow they stopped.

F6 and F7 keys are not working now as in my laptop keyboard they are assigned as F6- multi screen option and F7- Snipping Tool which I used to use on a daily basis but it isn't helping. Win+ prt scr is working though but I need to get my shortcut back. whereas other function keys like brightness volume and others are still working fine.Touchpad lock key is working but no indication of it is shown that it was pressed like you know a logo shows up everytime you press the touchpad lock.
