Extremely unstable ping on new pc

I recently got a new desktop pc after switching from a gaming laptop, and since I got it (3weeks ago), ive been experiencing issues with my internet connection.My laptop didn't have good specs, but wifi was never really a problem now whenever im playing a game or just talking through discord, wifi will be fine for a few seconds/minutes until there's a massive lagspike ~400ms. I've started playing Overwatch2 where my ping is regularly 60ms until it spikes to 500ms, this is also happening on Destiny2.I've talked about this with my ISP but they haven't been very helpful, leading me to believe tha
