Extremely slow USB 3.0 transfer speeds.

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core ProcessorWindows 11 23H2OS Build 22635.4145Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1039.0 I've been putting up with USB 3.0 file trasnfer speeds of maximum 30Mb/s dropping to less than 32Kb/s when transfering large files, 1Gb of more. Tried many different USB sticks, made sure caching is enabled, tried it caching disabled. All to no avail. Came to the opinion that it was my ASUS X570-e Gaming Wifi motherboard at fault.Then was messing about with a Linux Mint distro on an old 2.5 SATA drive and tried sending a 3.5Gb file to one of my slow USB 3.0 sitck
