Extra storage wont pop up

I had put a secondary storage unit, the Samsung - 990 PRO 2TB Internal SSD PCle Gen 4x4 NVMe onto my desktop pc with is a prebuilt Omen 40L with RTX 4070 and 32gb ram. The extra disk does not show up as un option for my storage. How can i fix this?
