I just recently received a new Gateway with Win11 installed, as well as an onn USB-C 8-in-1 hub, model #100025015. I've checked all connections to make sure they're secure, but it doesn't appear among my other devices. Checked for and installed Windows updates, looked for drivers for the device, but none exist since it's plug and play. The hub is adequately powered, but no devices connected to it turn on, since the device hub seem to be recognized. Need to get this working for work purposes, and need to know soon if I can't get it working so it can be returned.
