External monitor stuttering

I have an Acer Predator XB273UV3bmiiprzx Monitor that is hooked up to my TUF Dash F15 FX516PE laptop, and sometimes when I boot it up the monitor starts to stutter a bit pretty consistently, when I switch the display mode to duplicate both screens look fine and if I restart there's a chance the problem is fixed but it would eventually resurface after another restart or boot up. I have the monitor set to 143 FPS and 1080p resolution because that's the native res and fps of my laptop, the monitor's is 1440p but it stutters all the same,Specs: Profile 611cd328 | Specified
