External monitor color calibration keeps resetting

Hi,I have a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming (with AMD and Nvidia graphics cards) connected to an external LG monitor via HDMI.I have updated every driver on both the graphics card and monitor, but the colour calibration of the monitor keeps resetting every single time I switch it off/on.Because it is a laptop, I don't have the "display settings" within the Nvidia control panel, since the screen is connected to the AMD integrated graphics.Can you help me to find a way to keep always the same calibration settings?
