Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with an external hard drive, and I’m hoping for some guidance.I have two external hard drives:A very old Toshiba HDD (external) that works fine on all laptops.Another external HDD that I created using an old internal hard drive installed in a new HDD case.Here’s what happens:When I connect the custom external HDD to my older laptop, it works perfectly.When I connect it to my main (newer) laptop, I can hear the connection sound, but the drive doesn’t show up in "This PC."I checked Disk Management, and the disk appears as "Not Initialized."
