External HDD not recognized by WIN10, but recognized by WIN11

Hello,as headline suggest, I have trouble with external hdd. When I plug it in my gf's WIN11 laptop it works flawlessly, but when I plug it in my WIN10 tower, I can't browse it's storage. The disk is recognized as 1 correctly sized partition in disk manager and in device manager I can see all info about it is correct and present.Sorry for my broken english and thank you for answer
