External display has no signal

So recently I have been using a external lenovo monitor for my lenovo IdeaPad , everything worked fine for a couple of months, but recently the laptop has stopped detecting/recognising the monitor I know its a laptop software issue, as the monitor works fine when plugged it with different laptop, the cables are brand new and are working, even when I switch form a hdmi cable to USB c ,still the laptop is not detecting, I even connected my laptop to different monitor , it seems like the laptop has stopped recognising monitors I did the methods found online, such as update graphic card , restart
