External disk problems

hello, I recently bought a 512 TB external drive and at the beginning it told me that my PC does not recognize it, after that I tried to format it and it says that windows cannot format it, and the same with the other drive, i use diskpart in cmd as admin but it says the drive cannot find the sector requested and keep saying it, i cant clean it and nothing always says this error pls help me
