Extended Display/Display option does not exist on my pc.

Admittedly I have never tried to display my screen on a difference device before, so I don't know if it has never existed for my pc or this is new from an update or glitch. I received an XP Pen Artist 14 Pro for Christmas, and have been struggling to set it up all day and night. I swear I have tried everything. Now there is a connection between the two, because if I touch my pen to the tablet, it appears on my monitor, but I can't see anything on the tablet like I am supposed to and my computer simply won't give me the option to extend my screen to it.
