Extend Volume C

So I reinstalled Windows and the problem I'm having is the unallocated space I have now (see image), used to be recovery space, since the reinstall that was no longer the case. I couldn't figure out how to set it up as a recovery partition again.I now either want to extend my C drive with that unallocated space or make it recovery drive again. If I try to recovery drive app, it requires a minimum of 16GB. There has to be some other way to get it back to a recovery drive considering it was like that before and I didn't shrink it in size. Anyone got any (free) suggestions?
