Explorer.exe restarts with faulting module name: windows.storage.dll

Hi,recently my system started generating crashes which are more recurrent at the first few minutes of the boot up. Specifically, my explorer.exe keeps crashing randomly at one minute intervals few times. Also, I cannot find any new Windows updates although it says that I'm missing important security updates.
