Explorer.exe Crashes When I right click on folders.

Hello, so, as stated, I noticed that whenever I right clicked a folder to open the context menu, Explorer.exe would crash. It also happens when I try right clicking on the desktop. I tried following several tips, such as using SFC /Scannow, DISM /online /cleanup-image /Restorehealth, deleting the contents of the TEMP folder, and tried using ShellExView to find the problem.When looking at the latest errors in the event viewer, I getFaulting application name: explorer.exe, version: 10.0.22621.2283, time stamp: 0x411f7365Faulting module name:
