I posted this several months ago and had several responses. The last suggestion was to:- Press Win+R and type "lusrmgr.msc" to open "Local Users and Groups".- Right-click on the "Users" folder and select "New User".- Enter a username and password, then click "Create".- On the right side of the newly created account, select the account type and set it to Administrator.- Now, switch to the newly created local account and check if the issue has been resolved.We want to let you know that we are very grateful for your patience and, most importantly, for the time you have spent trying to resolve th
