Experiencing problems with Windows Update and Microsoft Store

I made a previous question about the Windows Update situation, I installed every additional update and it was working until I installed my games and connected my OneDrive most Windows Updates for me are now stuck at 0%, according to my antivirus I don't have any viruses. For Microsoft Store, it's basically the same problem, Store doesn't want to automatically update things, and mainly it just says "Oops, Something happened on our end." I am looking for a complete fix to these things as I have already experienced this on a previous computer.I would just like to note, I use a 3rd party antivirus
