Experiencing keyboard delay on windows 11 (happens on multiple computers i have bought)

It appears no matter what i do, when it comes to gaming or even typing i have situations when my computer takes 3 seconds to input that action and sometimes it even holds a certain action (its not the keyboard i have tried multiple), and i tried looking for my keyboard in trouble shooter and i cannot find it in there, if there is anyway anyone can help or send anything it would be greatly appreciated.
