Experiencing high Ping, but have good download and upload. Believe the issue is driver related.

I recently completed a system update for my computer, and am now experiencing high ping (500ms +). The download and upload speed is good and other devices on the network are running just fine with no ping issues. After doing some searching I believe the issue is due to my network adaptors. I have tried updating them, searching for new adapters and network/internet troubleshoots, with no luck. When I run diagnostics and resets, I still have the same issue. When looking at the Network Adapters in my drivers, I have the following, I'm assuming I'm missing a driver. Please help.
