On my Desktop PC running Windows 10, after removing my Bluetooth USB dongle for a short time and then putting it back, now my WH-CH520 headphones experience constant stuttering/interruptions, even though they had worked fine previously. Have tried removing the Headphones and adding them again, Troubleshooting, reinstalling the Headphone drivers, reinstalling the adapter drivers, factory reset for the Headphones. Nothing has worked. The Headphones work fine on my Smartphone and on a Laptop I also own, so I don't believe the headphones themselves are defective. Another pair of headphones works f
