Experiencing constant FREEZES and suddenly BSOD with CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

so far what I've seen everyone is facing this issue of windows constantly freezing and crashing. This should be solved immediately on my Acer extensa 15 laptop with i5 1135g7, 16gb ram1. windows doesn't update and crashes with BSOD2. while updating graphics driver BSOD3. suddenly losing the boot drive and couldn't recognize but hard restart helped.4. suddenly windows freezing up and cant do anything (on a sudden check found CPU goes 100%)
