We have an admin who had the calendar and mailbox of an Executive in her Outlook added at the Exchange level - not added in her local profile settings. The manager left two months ago but she is still getting invite for recurring meeting from another Executive
Executive A invites Executive B to recurring meeting. Admin C had access Executive B's calendar and mailbox
Executive B has left the company, Windows ID is disabled, mailbox hidden from Global Address book. Admin C no longer sees his calendar - Exchange team removed his calendar from her Outlook profile
Meeting reminder for Executive B is still coming to Admin C's mailbox
Message in meeting invite from Exec A
Received for Executive B
We couldn't find this meeting in the calendar, It may have been removed or deleted.
I am guessing we need to get into Exec A meeting invite and remove Exec B from list. But she also sets prompts about SPAM emails sent to Exec B's Inbox. Any possible solution to this?
