Exclude specific keyboard layourt from shortcut

I now have three languages available to me. I switch between them with Shift+alt hotkey combination. But this does not fit for me. I want to keep the all three keyboard layouts that available to me, but I only want to use hotkeys to switch between two of them (and manually select the third one language by picking it with a mouse click on language panel). Is it possible to do that? Thanks!
