Exception Breakpoint

Hello everyone,Unsure if this is a major issue since I ran into this rarely when shutting down my computer. Exception Breakpoint reached 0x80000003 occurred in the application location at 0x0000000001476B621. I'm also not sure if this is related but sometimes when I alt tab out of a game like Valorant or League of Legends the whole screen freezes but I can still hear the programs running or if I'm watching on the side. It started occurring after I upgraded to windows 11.
