Excel wont open and my computer has randomly restarted 6 time in one day.

In the last couple month my Excel wont open. I get a message asking if I want to start in Safe Mode. If I select no it immediately closes the program. If I select yes it says. "Excel has detected that you have recovered files. Those files will be opened the next time you start Excel in normal mode." and after pressing ok it also closes immediately. The second issue is that my pc will randomly restart itself. Whether I'm just listening to YouTube or doing a quote in Excel. And I'm not seeing anything in the Event Viewer but maybe I missed it.System Specs:PSU: Corsair RM750eCPU: i5-11400No GPUM
