I just purchased and installed a Canon PIXMA TR4520 printer to work with my Dell laptop that is running Windows 7 Professional and Office 2016. I have made sure I have the latest drivers for this printer and I ran a repair on Office, but I can only print from Word and PowerPoint but not Excel.
I called Canon support and they said that because I can print to the printer from certain software, it is not an issue they can resolve and said I need to contact Microsoft to resolve for my MS Excel.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
