Everytime I try to log into my laptop, i have to enter my microsoft login details.

I cannot use my Laptop without logging into Microsoft for some reason. I press sign In on my log in desktop screen, then it asks me to sign into Microsoft, which if I don't, then I can't acccess my laptop.
