Everything stops working after most recent update for Windows 22

Hello, after successful installation of collective update for Windows 11 version 24H2 for x64 ((KB5050009) and collective update of Net framework(KB5049662), all apps on my computer lost coonection to internet, windows update doesn't work because it can't connect to internet, outlook mail and every other installed app don't work# browser also shows that it can't access internetk nothing works at all. . However, internet (WI-Fi) IS connected. Restoring point is not accessable. What do I do???? Heelp
