Every video I watch won't resume after pausing

I found a similar question from last year the the exact problem I am having however, the only response didnt resolve my issue. I have tried checking for updates, renstalling windows 11, checking drivers, any other things and nothing resolves the problem. So here is a copy of the problem Im having ever since upgrading to Windows 11 from Windows 10:"Basically, every video I watch (Youtube, Twitch, the video player from Windows, Netflix, a recording from Microsoft Teams) when I pause it and then click on resume, the video starts, but has no sound on it and the time won't change.
