Every time Windows 10 boots, I see a popup panel asking "DO YOU WANT YOUR PC TO BE DISCOVERABLE BY OTHER PCS & DEVICES ON THE NETWORK"

Ive tried changing to every option under the Network and Sharing Center, then saved, but I still see that popup question every start.My actual preference is to make Network and Printer discoverable under my PRIVATE Profile, but turn off Folder and Printer Sharing under Guest/Public Profile I dont see an entry in my Startup Folder or Task Manager that will help end this annoyance,so I must answer it every time Windows starts
