Every process running as admin

Hi microsoft!I just wanted to say for some reason every process is running as administrator with the toggle run as administrator disabled, and if I try run cmd run with administrator it says Administrator: Command Prompt but its in the C:/Users/my user directory for some reason, and also win + r shows thisand I did not activate this before with admin priviledges. My account is an administrator in settings and control panel, but I don't know why every process runs as administrator for some reason?
