Every pair of headphones works perfectly fine but no microphone is detected.

I recently bought a 'NOVATECH Phantom Prebuilt Gaming PC desktop Computer' and so did my friend and BOTH of our PCs cannot detect a microphone. I have tried plugging it into every jack there is, and my headphones are perfectly fine. The computer runs Windows 11, and only my 'Steam Streaming Microphone' is detected.
