Every now and then my PC black screens.

Application LogSystem LogHello,I have had a problem with my screen going black recently. I cannot figure out what is wrong. I have reinstalled windows twice now. I have added a link to both of my logs for application and system as I am not really too sure where to look to find the error. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
