Event ID 56 from source Application Popup error, PC crashing within 30 Minutes of gaming

Everytime im playing any type of video game on this pc, i can maybe get 30-40 minutes of gametime before my monitors go black. I can still hear audio for a bit but then it goes too. On event Viewer, it displays this error code when it crashes. "The description for Event ID 56 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted.&nbs
