I have a new MSI Creator Z17 HX Studio A14VGT computer purchased in May 2024, and it is crashing multiple times a day, and progressively getting worse.I have contacted Microsoft Support and we have reinstalled Windows twice, and this does not resolve the issue.Sometimes the computer just freezes and I have to force it to shut down, and other times I get the blue screen with different errors each time.
