Hello,
I have been having issues shutting down my PC. It doesn't shut down, just reboots immediately after I press "shut down"
I took a look in event viewer and found the following:
The details for event ID 45 are : The system could not sucessfully load the crash dump driver. \Device\HarddiskVolume5
I looked around and I do not even have a volume 5, just 0-4.
After some searching, I found a post that recommended to hold shift as you press shut down, and that seems to have worked. But this is not a suitable fix for me.
Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Allen
