Event 7023 - Unkown cause

Last week my system starting to crash due Error 7023, Service Control Manager with an unspecified error. This started after the windows Xbox app got updated. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app solved the issue.It took me several hours, stresstesting memory, clean boot, harddrive test, sfc scans, ... Too simply state reinstalling the Xbox app was the only logical and simple fix. Grts
