I purchased a new Gaming PC few months ago from NZXT. Ever since I got this PC It has a issues where it randomly crashes to a black screen, either I am playing video games, working or not even doing anything but the pc is just on, it just randomly crashes and there is no way to fix it other than restarting the pc using the physical power button. It is really frustrating and annoying. I lose a lot of time and work progress because of this issue. I contacted the NZXT support and they asked me to run different diagnostics and stress tests and send them the results or crash event. I even reinstall
