Ethernet, Wifi Cards and Powerline Adapter not connecting/working

Recently, i built a new computer and downloaded windows 11 onto it via USB Flash Drive. However, immediate issues quickly came and was forced to persist with an offline installation of Windows 11. Now Windows Works im still having trouble connecting to internet. I have tried ethernet, powerline adapters, extenders, wifi cards. And all of these say Connected and secured but no connection works. There has been only two instances where i connected successfully to the Wifi and Ethernet but after ShutDown, the problem came back.
