Ethernet stopped working on my desktop a few days ago. Each day when I wake up I have been able to reset it except for today.

I did not update anything, just shut down my computer as usual. The next day when I woke up it did not register an ethernet network. I was able to fix that and it worked fine until the next day when It would show up as a network but not give me any connection. I was able to fix that as well and then I put my computer to sleep to try and avoid this happening again. I am unsure as to what exactly fixed it on the previous days but today nothing worked. I have tried:Flushing my DNS and renewingFlushing and renewing my ipupdating my driversuninstalling the drivers and rebooting machinereseting wins
