Ethernet port lights stay on after shutting down the computer

My PC is dual booted with Windows 11 and Linux. There is a problem I have only with Windows but not with Linux. Basically, when I shut down my computer from Windows, the lights next to my PC's ethernet port stay lit. It doesn't happen if I shut it down from Linux so I already know it's not caused by my motherboard. I've already turned off Fast Boot (or whatever it's called), if that helps. It's interfering with my sleep and I need a solution ASAP
