Ethernet not working on Laptop after Windows 11 24H2

Ethernet cables are connected but not working. The cables are fine, I have connected them to other devices. Wi-Fi is working as well but I need to use an Ethernet cable from where I use my laptop. I have installed the latest BIOS update from the manufacturer.
